The brief:

Brookings expert Vanda Felbab-Brown was headed to the U.S. Senate Caucus on International Narcotics Control for a hearing on the expanding reach of cartels beyond the American continent. I was tasked to accompany her, and capture photography during the hearing, as well as filming and editing a short summary of her remarks.
